Currently serving as SVP Global Services at Ribbon Communications since November 2017, Dave previously held the role of VP Global Support & Training. Prior to this, from June 2010 to November 2017, Dave was VP Global Technical Operations at GENBAND. Dave's career includes significant positions at Nortel, where leadership roles ranged from Leader of CVAS Technical Operations to Director of Global Product Support. With early career experience at Northern Telecom, Cable & Wireless, and GEC Telecommunications, Dave brings a strong background in engineering and operational excellence, underscored by a history of commissioning telephone exchanges across the UK.
